Must've been a fluke then. If I ever replicate it I'll post what I did on here and on the Autodesk forums. It's quite strange most likely a bug in 2020. Since there is no information on this happening whatsoever
try using a different viewport. it's just another new maya 2015 bug that autodesk knows about, but doesn't bother to fix. you can also try updating to SP5 and see if that fixes it.
Mike, I love you man. Between this and the Autodesk crash stickers, you're giving me a huge man boner. Picking up Brink tonight, congrats Tim, MoP and the SD team!
HIGH SCORE is a fictional arcade. 26 hours of labor - Autodesk Maya. Zbrush for most toys Could've made so many good Toy Store references. U live and u learn
Autodesk educational programs are free these days (well, a 3-year license is, but that should be more than enough to learn): http://students.autodesk.com/. Don't be fooled by the url, it works for instructors and unemployed professionals too.
The funny thing is that removing a line of code from the saved file removes the pop-up Autodesk could really just make something less horrible for people who wants to use their things.
I like how no one is listening that everything is free for autodesk for students. and r and s for scale and rotate don't make sense, they are far apart, you want the keys for certain controls grouped.
You could try to set your system unit setup to something coherent with your scene (centimeters or millimeters). Nope, doesn't change anythingn and camera clipping aswell. Good work autodesk.
dunno. i have heard from lots of people that the files bloat due to excessive merging of objects n' stuff. i think there are lots of things autodesk could fix in max. haha.
Stupid of me I was thinking of SP for Windows never look at the site of autodesk untill now, thank you I think its fixed feels much better now... thanks ! -Guranga
