@SCB, Thanks for such a long response! Agreed with you about the trousers, I reworked them after I read your comment. The material is meant to be closest to wool, so fairly heavy! Tried to give the folds some more weight to them. Its actually just for fun/practise as a showpiece, so I guess I wanted to add a little drama!… -

The background shouldn't be black. It should be neutral (128, 128, 255). That's probably the cause of the black lines. It'd probably have to be mipping though, cause you've got edge padding... I'd also bake a TS map to see if you're getting any errors when going from OS to TS. Texel density is basically a numerical value… -

Monitors emit a lot of light, bright white light directly shining in you face is a bit distracting. Neutral colors obviously do a better job at not distracting you eyes from an image, grey/dark grey work really well for that. Dark sites are better in darker environments because your eyes don't have to adjust how much light… -
