Hey everyone! I've been doing some searching through the forum and other sites but I can't seem to find some general specs of what the ipod touch and iphone can handle for 2d and 3d graphics. I have an idea that it probably can handle somewhere in between the ds and the psp, but I'd like some confirmation. Any help would… -

Thanks James, that is what i thought but i needed to confirm. Just one last question since we are on the topic. There was a plugin for 3Ds max that exploded your model for you with one click i cant remember its name to save my life, i dont know if anyone knows its name? Thanks -

So far I can pretty much confirm what EricHall said. It took about a day and a half before I could actually download it and as far as I could tell I was still mostly dealing with Pixologic. So far so good. If I ever have any issues I'll revisit this thread. -

Yeah, I just confirmed that that was the issue. Good to know! Yeah, I knew I'd have to rebake everything -- it's fine. I actually had my UVs too closely packed, and the "bleed" that ZBrush was creating on each shell were overlapping with each other. :x Thanks, everyone! I'm so glad this problem was solved. -

Aw crap, I was most excited about the Hand Painting course, but it turned out to be one already offered on 3DMotive, which I'm subscribed to XD Ah, and yes, I can confirm that you pay the minimum average to get all four. It even has it as one of the selectable options when paying to give that exact amount. -

Right, will give this a try tomorrow. It's strange as Maya generally prefers everything in its projects. So just to confirm my sdk is in a good location? I should then have a object folder and texture folder in their that my objects directory is in maya so that the export goes smoothly? Thanks again for looking at this and… -

Not sure if this is a known issue either, but I can confirm this. Same thing happened to me leaving work the other day. Finished a project, decided to Save As so I had a fresh final version separate from my working version, and I lost all data in my Project.XML/mask links in my materials.
