For reference, I found a workaround and the probable cause. When looking at the target of the IK, you can see it targets not the parent bone, which is what it says it does, but some amount of bones back up the chain. Found out this limit goes to 30 bones. Workaround consists of just chaining a whole bunch of IK's together.
And also, try portioning up the payment in different stages if it's a big contract. Blockouts, highpolys etc. So you don't find yourself having to beg your parents for money, or even worse having to beg for a prepayment from the client. Ben Regimbal wrote an awesome article on the subject of freelancing(page.40):…
Early impressions seem to agree that there isn't enough tension or risk in the story. The main characters never feel like they are ever in real danger. A lack of restraint in the action sequences is probably to blame. The general story they are drawing from is also part of this. I'm still going to go see it, probably with…
Reach my art portfolio milestone. Rent my own little pad after selling my current one. Avoid getting larded out on Cheetos. Secure an artist position at local studio. Spend some time working in my parents real estate development business... *Get away from my castrating cousin.

People who are in love with their doll and fuck it and play with it all day and still live with their parents but are like 30 years old and shit. Whatever, all this does is clear up the gene pool and get…

Ok found the problem. Try this: * Delete the armature modifier from the mesh. * Keep the mesh selected and then also select the armature (so that the armature object is the active one) * ctrl+p -> armature, to make the armature object a parent. * Go to armature pose mode, then select the child mesh and go to weight paint *…
We weren't , and are still not, allowed to show the blood and gore due to a certain movie company not wanting parents to get the wrong idea about the movie. Luckily some copies were incorrectly sold over the weekend and there are a few fan reviews popping up. Needless to say it's been a pretty frustrating experience…
on the Toddler front I have some xp. My wife and I trade "free" days usually for movies...you could do the same thing for day projects..just make sure you have a door you can close...or have them take the munchkin out for the day..Course that's assuming you are not a single parent.
[ QUOTE ] Don't marry that psycho bitch! [/ QUOTE ]I wish I'd married my wife sooner. She's given me so much more than any other person. Well, barring my parents. But wow, all I can say is I'm one lucky SOB. The butterfly effect is a mind-boggler.
