I agree that it would be really grand to have a self-made particle effect, since they already added it once on some of the first workshop items. Non-Disclosure Agreement. Once the item under the Non-Disclosure Agreement is...disclosed, it becomes fair game. A released game discloses the items covered under a Non-disclosure agreement, so it's all fair game? Valve has a section in their guide area http://www.dota2.com/workshop/requirements that mentions Animations and Effects (coming soon). I assume we'll be able to change and modify these when they release the guides for them. I do wonder though if it'll only affect the character if they already have effects applied to them… -
