Not to nitpick, but is the goal actually an isometric shooter? Top down is literally perpendicular to the ground- or nearly so. The angles here are more isometric in style. Well, cubemaps don't use W. I guess you could store other data there, but most exporters and engines simply strip it out. Maybe you could store something like vertex alpha there... monochrome per-vertex info. Physics info comes to mind (friction or bounciness or whatever), or sound data (dirt sound vs. rock sound). -

Thanks for answers guys! Sadly that im on 2016 and there's no UV as HSL gradient on MCG.
