Yeah, the most popular tool is world machine followed by world creator so many people do tutorials for them. The official documentation should be completed for this month I believe. Although Gaea is quiete intuitive coming from world machine so in my case I didn't feel the need to follow tutorials to learn it but the…
Hi I am really not that familiar with the program could you link me the video? Even without sound I might be able to follow the steps purely from visuals. I already followed this guy his instructions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HMP2xpGHimY But he seems to have a different version of substance designer than me.
Really nice work :D My only crit is the actual follow-through at the end swing, you'd think the vid would go on for at least 1-2 seconds more so you can actually see the whole follow-through there, get the viewer a chance to settle or the animation to settle properly before ending. But either way, great work!
so I fixed one problem then ran into several more , ambiguous and completely solvable problems. I'm still following hevs lead on this. imnreallynglad they shared a breakdown because that's intensely helpful. anywho gonna work on making the face and hair look like Hev did, this weekend. then following up with some hair…

With those curves, is there a function to create a curve and then make the mesh deformed following the curve? For example i make a long cylinder, with 5-6 sides and subdivided 5-6 times, and then i can make it following a parabola... I found this function in blender, is there a same one in 3ds max? And, it's a wire... so…
I think what you have will make a solid folio piece if you do it right and it seems you are on the right track. As for following a concept, there is nothing wrong with that either. In fact, that is what you will be doing 99% of the time at an industry job; following a concept to a T that was handed to you. As long as you…
There is a reason why tutorials are out there... so you follow and learn from them - not to look at them and do the opposite. why dont you see if you can follow the tutorial first and get the same result and then do something on your own after... all in all, I would suggest you should watch the tutorial as you personally…
