Sounds to me like a Wacom Companion 2 or a Microsoft Surface Pro 2 or most of the Surface 3's would get what you want for the portability. Space hamsters and wacom tablets cost double if you`re from the UK. Kinda miss some of the old gameplay like exploring planets in your moonferrari in different galaxies, but like that most of the missions are more unique than in me1.
