hey fizzly, looking good. one easy tweak to better sell tiles better is to break the continuity in the texture. each tile's detail flows near flawlessly into the next one, taking the diffuse, and rotating every other tile by 90 or 180 degrees can help this stuff out a lot. :) What you've got there is a pretty solid texture… -

Of course its part of their plan; - Version 1.5 will have a 80Gig drive with some kind of funky attachment that lets it filter 720p to 1080i, poorly. - Version 2.0 will have 1080p and a 120Gig drive and the capacity for custom codecs and run smoothly at 1080p. Re: So I finally got a new vc and played Doom III
I used a 256mb GeForce 4mx Had to run it on the lowest setting, but was able to keep shadows. Runs pretty smooth. Also that's on a 1.85 ghz Celeron, so probably the best I can do with that CPU. The card was only 40 dollars too Basically just something to hold me over until I get my hands on a new gaming rig. -

Very cute Gir! My girlfriend has a 2 1/2 year old here that is loads of fun...most of the time :poly124:. @ Johny - From my experience, I see them at places like petco (big chain pet store) going for $150-$175 most of the time. From a breeder I would assume it would be a lot more. -

Try Edit Polygons>Normals>Set To Face. Then Edit Polygons>Normals>Soften/Harden and select the faces you want to be soft, type in 180 and hit apply. Then select the edges you want to be hard and type in 0 and hit apply. If you ever have any questions feel free to AIM me. I'd be more than happy to troubleshoot anything. -

Never was I so happy to have the Speed settings available in YT videos than when I stumbled across slow, stuttering narrators talking about their tuts. Setting it to 1.5 or 2 makes it all so much digestible... This doesn't seem necessary with Ian's videos though. He even has a good sense of humor. Thanks for sharing.
