Last I checked, the 5200 didn't do shader model 2.0 so you're probably out of luck in that regard. 5500 doesn't either. You could grab a card like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814130059 It's under $100 and would get you off to the races with fancy shader support. -Ben

For that "normal case" that they went to 1pxl I usualy do 2x Alt+W. (In Max 2010 that is...) Maximise Viewport, minimize aggain, or vice versa. Also: ATI 5500 HD

Toolbag2 Render time! There are still plenty of errors in the bake because of the quick Push to the cage I did, will clean up tomorrow. 55k Tris, without the head / guns. Will end up in the 80k range.
I bought it for $500-550 at version 3.1, it's a full commercial license and every update has been free so far. That's probably the best deal I've gotten out of any commercial package.
