Nice. You have to give Jhonen Vasquez credit for not letting Nick ruin his show like all the others they took control of. If he would just get back into making comics again...
That trailer was better. Dont read the comics, have no clue about marvel-stuff really, except the pure basics :D His outfit is ridicolous though. ^^ Id prefer the batmansuit with nipples tbh. :D
Hi Guys, Visited this character from vault. The angry dude is called Brahma, based on a concept by Mr.Dilip Chaubey a brilliant comic artist. I hope I played fairly with the concept. Thanks for watching :)
Did a blockout on the guy, not wasting any time I think i'll switch out some shapes, for instance, i'll try to make his mouth less comical and limbs that are a bit more buff.
I thought it was kind of cool. It reminds me of the story about Tim Schafer creating a comic about himself applying for and getting the job at Lucasarts, instead of a traditional cover sheet. Thought that man is talented.
Looks great (as always from Blizzard). I'm sure it's going to do well. Not feeling it myself, too much comic book generic character stuff to get me excited. No doubt I'll try it.
Gawd! I'm gonna have to dig through 16 comic boxes to find which one I bagged and stored the Watchmen in, so I can read it again before the movie comes out
i don't know if its considered a graphic novel but I'd recommend the volume collections of Invincible, it is like Superman with a twist, and a darn good read with awesome art work, my favorite comic in a while.
take some element of everyday life, and extrapolate it, sci-fi novel style, 5000 years in the future (or similar), to give the background world a darkly comic sense of ridicule (thinking 'Brazil' or '5th element')
a comic book store in chapel hill is giving a 10% discount to anyone with one of the 'i voted today, im not a tool' stickers i would like to have an election party... thats not a bad idea.
