Don't think they did really (gamestop that is), although not entirely a different type of situation I don't think it really applies. Anyway the supreme court might sort it out, but knowing American corporate greed it's an open and shut case in favour of the almighty corps. -

Nobody is forcing you to use the exclusive content. Also it's only available from a gamestop preorder... Not wanting some extra items is a pretty weird reason not to preorder imo... And if they made the game designed to be played only with the extra items... wtf?? Of course not... -

No, having used copies of a new title available in the same store within a day or so of its release is a serious problem. Gamestop SHOULD be treated as a pawn shop and be under the same regulations where items that are traded in have a holding period (typically about a week). -

I mostly pirated games I wouldn't have bought anyway... but it's been many years since doing so. I try to explain to friends about pirating and the whole used copy empire of Gamestop. That's about all I can do. -

I was really thinking about picking up Mirror's Edge. I have it for 360 but that game just seems like it would be more intense on PC. Oh and if anyone is thinking of getting Fallout 3 on steam, I just got it at Gamestop for $24.99, it's $37 on steam atm... -

Oh wow Rens that sucks so bad : / Hopefully you can still get it. If not I suggest bringing a gun with you to a gamestop and strait up robbing some kid. On a liter note, Halo Reach launch party tonight! Oh how unprepared my liver is.
