its not illegal to sell specific games to minors, the ESRB is a voluntary rating system similar to the rating system put out by the Motion Picture Association for films. It is not enforced at a level that substances are, like cigarettes and alcohol - where an employee of a Liquor store or Gas station could be fined heavily… -
