I think the main problem here is scale, I think you have to slow down a little bit and make sure the scale is right. The doors are a bit too wide but also in most cases the first floor of NYC buildings are taller than the second, third and fourth floor. I think the prices are ridiculously low. 29$ a month you get 50 points, one material set costs 1 point which means you can get 50 materials a month at a price of like 58 cents per material.
