You should try to find more reference of this location, so you can see it from different angles, closeups, without the motion blur, etc. One image isn't going to give you enough information, especially when you're just starting out. A lot of reference is key! Landscape in games typically mixes two main techniques...… -

ah sorry. completely misunderstood. This isn't a virtual texture as such despite needing the setting enabled. I'd assume the setting needs to be enabled to support the reatlime painiting. reading the docs - you should be able to combine your mesh paint with world aligned textures but it doesn't look like you'll be able to… -
