Interesting read about Asian American Artists: http://nymag.com/news/features/asian-americans-2011-5/ Most of us hit a pretty abrupt ceiling, despite generally showing a higher aptitude in most fields of study. Many Asian parents view being a doctor as a pretty big equalizer. -

also, if you're doing a turn table animation on static objects, you would be better served creating a blueprint from all the selected objects: parenting those components to the object you want them to rotate on/around then add rotation to the thing every tick (or interpolate to a new rotation every frame). -

Very nice, brings back household upgrade memories I took part in. Course it was for my parents' house when I still kind of lived there for college summer vacations so I don't get to reap the benefits. That actually looks like a pain in the ass but very fun and rewarding as well. -

I'm 17. I've never been in Game development, but I've been playing them since I was 5. Watching my parents and family play them since I was a baby, and I've made a shitty Qbasic game or two with my friends. (I don't think I really count) -

Which is why I don't do those things. I have the control. But I have no control over peoples wifi nonsense. Also, I forget where I saw this, but this generation growing up is estimated to be the first to not live to be as old as their parents. At least, the first in a long while. -

Regardless of how little you may know about candidates position on issues, or how they look, you have the right to vote for whomever you like. There are plenty of other people that just vote one way because their parents did that, and so they do it regardless of what they know about. -

Watch out for some CSS tags as FireFox and IE are not on the same level. Test in both browsers. Get used to the idea of using shim-divs to fix some IE nastyness. DIV placement in relation to the parent is important as some tags are void. CSS makes things MUCH faster. -

Until your in a position when you want to kill your self, never EVER say suicide is giving up. I knew of a kid who committed suicide after being bullied at school, would tell his parents he gave up and he shouldn't be respected?
