Hello, I have started working on a small foliage pack and I'm willing to incorporate your feedback right to the end as I make progress on this. Here are two screens from Marmoset. I'll be taking in engine screens when I'm done setting them up. Thank you, Alireza
Just throwing up a couple of shots of my first messing around model in Zbrush. I like it very much, i will need to work on this tool more. : ) Zbrush screen shot http://cyoungblood.com/images/WIPS/Zbrush_Model_011209.jpg Maya Screen Grab http://cyoungblood.com/images/WIPS/Zbrush_Model_Maya_011209.jpg
That's looking really really good. Is that image just a promo or are you going to use it as a loading screen? If it's the latter, I'd recommend you removing the Dota 2 logo, Valve doesn't like it on loading screens.
Way to dark, hard to see what is going on on screen 1 - 3. Screen 4 looks pretty nice though, specially the neon light. Make it less dark is what i would start with.
I feel the blue lights/Screens are a tad distracting to the overall cream color scheme, maybe desaturate them a tad might help, right now my eyes are kinda geting stuck on the screens.
I've got an Acer 19in lcd. Couple years old. Burns images left up on it for too long into the screen. There's an almost permanent Firefox ghosting on the screen. Been like that since day one.
And as a response to the above post, here's a quick little video of the lights flickering. Mockup to make it look like the start screen of a horror game, [ame=" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25UhiLXpRfc"]Otherside Start Screen Mockup - YouTube[/ame]
I think at that size screen you wont notice a difference if you go 1080p. I've seen some things that suggest 4k isn't worth it until you get to like 50" screens. I'd personally opt for the 1080p
I think it would make more sense to just to make it a tablet ds hybrid with one screen. It's kinda silly to have 2 seperate screens right next to each other. Just fill the empty area with black bars.
