The wing movement doesn't really match those of a bird, let alone an eagle. Eagles are large, heavy birds, and they tend to rely upon gliding rather than flapping once they are at altitude. looks like a simple painted texture tile. Paint a couple of interlocking half circles, with some shadow/highlight effects, and loop that as the diffuse. Combine that with a specular map and a pass with dirt and grunge. Put that on top of an unwrapped model of the general shape of the chain mail. No need for modelling or… -

you should make the alpha channel,for the wings, slightly gray so that way the wings are kinda seethrough, also on that note I know you see the floating edges at the tips of where you made the wings jagged...use the erasor tool near the edge of the part you want to be seethrough so that you can make sure that is all gone.… -
