A lot of your scenes have poor lighting and grounding which aren't helping show of your art. I also get this feeling a lot of the art has simply had a tileable texture thrown on it. Here you go! EDIT: just to sum up whats happening here. I'm taking the red channel and splitting it into 4. Values go from 0-63, 64-127, 128-191, 192-255.
