There is even a button called "Bake Selected" ( the little oven bakes the selected vertices ). In the same button row are tools to completly exclude vertices from specific bones Another thing that might help are named selections: select your vertices and type a name in the Named Selection field.
hmmm... I never had any of these problems, but i don't have different mapping for different apps... i just have click = left click, lower button = middle click, upper button = right click, and those settings work for all programs just fine
Just got around to trying this out, I'm really enjoying it so far. One thing I'm curious about, there are buttons for export LP/HP but no export cage button. If I need to tweak the cage do I re-export the LP?
I am also having this exact same issue, the buttons of exporter and previewer are there as well as the panels, but they are completely empty, no buttons, dialogs or error messages. Can't seem to have an alternate method to keep going with what I am working on right now.
Sorry I misread your question. There is a button in the Peel section of the unwrap UVW modifier that will expand your selection to the seam borders of the UV island. Other than that, I am unaware of any other button or shortcut that will do what you are asking.
Like CheeseOnToast said, after you clicked on the 'Make Polymesh 3D' button, a mesh will be created from the tool and placed in your palette. Select it and draw it out onto the document, then hit the 'edit' button and now you should be able to sculpt on the mesh.
Yeah, no crazy mouse button switching here - just using the defaults, it works fine ! Middle finger ftw :D And it makes the back button pretty easy to reach too with the ring finger (which I personally use for relead in FPS games)
duncan thats brilliant as always! love his little expression there :) what about having terry's tail like pushing a button or something (have a little control panel infront of him and have his tail pressing a big red "BRRZZARP" button?
Sick work Tits, i like those tribal girls!! Whats the funny defined line near the belly button though ?? Its almost like the belly button will explode and an alien will come out !! :D Miku's Low Poly + Norms and AO !
There are snapping tools in the uv editor in max. look in the right bottom corner, there is a little button with a magnet on it. And in the left bottom corner is a button which switches to relative positions, so after snapping you just have to translate it in one direction by a value of 1
