**Image Based Lighting in Maya**
Hello, Im currently lighting some scenary and would like to use Image Based Lighting in Maya to bake the light from a photograph into the vertex colour of my scene. Does anyone one know how to go about this in Maya (2008)? Cheers. -

Jumo Engine
I'm working on a high poly model of a Jumo 004 jet engine. It's an early jet engine that was used on Me262's. Aside from the cylinders, it's filled with many 'unique' shapes and is making for a fun exercise. This is a work in progress, I'll post as more is completed. And this one of the references: -

Yup, I made it with the realization that I'd take a few snapshots of it from various sides. If it were for a game I'd probably use mirrored numbers(e.g. 080). Good point for others though, Dethling! -

correction. I get the white outline when the object is rendered against a light background. If the object behind it is in the darker values the white outline disappears... Is it a problem with my alpha? 3DS 2008 Default Scanline -
