Make the bevel at the width where it will be at least a pixel wide for most of the time it's being viewed. Or, two pixels wide if you think it's not too comically wide up close. -

That pretty much sums up my feeling with cyclops in general though. not so much the actor, just the character in the comic books has always annoyed me. -

Tons (if anything, too many). London MCM Expo (http://www.londonexpo.com/) is in a month. Would be going myself, but I'm doing the Bristol Comic Con the weekend before. -

Yeah that Dark Knight Bane kinda sucks. I like the bulkier one from comics. I don't see why they could use a Strongman competitor....
