They most likely have a top end i7, such as 2600/2700k or 3770k, and a high end graphics card like GTX 680. They are doing this for their living, so obviously they have the proper tools to do their work. -

Reopened this old model and redone great part of it, I wanted to add everything I have learned in the past 8-9 months. Fixed a few errors, remade/retopo'd some pieces, made a cleaner bake, and redone textures from scratch. Total tricount went down to 37k (from the original 42k). -

You can also use PhotoShop Bridge > Output > Web Gallery Or you can do it the oldschool way, Photoshop > File > Automate > Web gallery.
