Critiques welcome: Currently working on a handpainted backyard environment for a Zombie game, will be drawing inspiration from games such as Evoland 2, PokeMon and Mario. Particularly unexperienced with shaders so will be putting in a lot of research additional to work. Cheer me on! :)
Small update with more handpaint, blacks a too dark & light too, rocks got too much contrast, need small elements like algua &cie, still lot of work ... ^^
I'm going to hiatus this one for a while, i need to concentrated on something else ( a bunch of handpaint diorama of many different climat). I might open a new thread for it, we'll see.
This one is freakingly awesome! I love the texture. Such a nice painterly feel. I'd love to see more handpainted stuff from you, since your Siege Commander also was great!
I cannot speak for the environments, Zotter, but the character team hand paints everything. Us monster chaps hand paint as well. I'm pretty certain the enviro is handpainted looking at the textures.
It doesn't look anything like it to me, aside from the good handpainted textures -- the art direction has literally nothing in common with ti, aside from big things holding swords.
model Hi, this is my first submission here. Sculpted in zbrush. Handpainted with polypaint. Retopod with Retopoflow. skinned and rigged with Mixamo. posed in blender. Tail + couple of tweaks in blender (scifi panel base material from blenderkit artist: Jan Hecl)

Wow, it's really nice to see the textures in your scene! I don't do any handpainted stuff but I would say the only thing to keep an eye out for is maybe the style of each texture?
I don't know on what style your planing to texture it but if it's handpaint, tillable for the roof, the white concrete wall and the wood. Modular for the beam ( you turn them around to show different side of the beam.
