Mate, the L115A3´s body is in FDE color. :) I´d tone down the spec/gloss on the body, it looks like cheap plastic. RS one isnt that specy. Also, if you tone down the gloss, adding some Manual wear on things like grip and cheekweld will give you some nice glossy surface, that will stand out. I´d also dim the noise in the… -

What are your computer specs? Sometimes unreal will downsize textures when memory is scarce, sometimes quite a lot. Not usually to that extent, but I imagine it could happen with a lower spec computer, or with a graphics card that isn't quite compatible. UE eats up a LOT of RAM too. -

It's pretty decent skin texture, depending on what you're going for. For a normal person, the skin is perhaps too blotchy, with a random scattering of white/dark spots. Your spec map and gloss map need to be pushed alot, its looking very flat atm. I would say since this is your 1st time texturing try to stay away from Ddo it wont teach you much in the long run. Get together some textures and decals that you want to include on the model. To get a better idea of what you need you should ask… -
