I'd like to see some more material definition through specular and maybe even some color variation as now everything looks "just the same". Mainly in the shield, you've got 3 different type of scales with the exact same color and specular. Overall it's looking pretty good anyway. -

the handdle is really nice.The only thing that i don't like is that the damage ,if you think a bit, is not well done.What i mean is that it got a lot of cuts and scratches on it ,like a shield,but an "axe"/lance don't gets usually cuts on the side faces,it gets beaten and cracked on the sharp part.:D -

that is just a states thing, they got this whole love hate things going when it comes to sex, and feel they need to shield there innocent little kids form seeing how nature works. something i never got since the mind set is the opposite in most of Europe and most of Canada too. -

Maybe re-thinking of the place of your trash can, because for me it looks like it is in the middle of the sidewalk. And are you thinking of adding a shield with bus routes and such, cause this will fit perfectly into your scene. Some newspaper on the bench or a even an house entry in the background will make your scene… -

Chameleon Warrior Project

Also, pay attention to the space between her legs, right now it's barely there which makes it look undecided....kinda. Plus, the sword is parallel to the shield and her body. You might wanna work on that, too.
