Be aware that enabling this option will make alembic shade correctly, but it will also make standard skeletal meshes shade incorrectly sometimes.

Love the textures great work! In blending options (Photoshop) you can enable dither and it will kill those gradient lines

hm then it must be a bug as i cannot use the "Color Grading_Lookup Table" when "Enable HDRTonemapper" is turned off :S

Open the mesh in the mesh editor and enable "show collision". If the collision is wrong, you can just recalculate it inside UDK.

It just looks like the specular is too bright and/or wide, that and it doesn't look like you have any translucency enabled.
