sounds like you need to set up your smoothing groups then. If you're a bit lost on how baking works I would suggest watching this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kGszEIT4Kww&t=987s after that you should be good to go -

Quick update. Just baked the subway sign down. Normal and AO only. Model comes in at 892 tris, that text was a bitch to reduce without making it look wonky :P Thanks! -

Finally finished the optimization. I managed to lower the tri count around 89K. I hope the remaining 10K is going to be enough for the fur cards and the feathers. Next are the reprojection and the small details. -
