Are we talking ~0 degrees? I've run in that kind of weather and just wore normal waterproof sweats, a t-shirt, and a waterproof jacket. Do a short warmup inside to heat up, then go running. I live in Massachusetts. It will be between 0 to 50 degrees. I'll probably drive to a park that will let me run the mile without worrying too much about getting run over. One of my concerns is that I tend to sweet a lot and get hot very quickly, but I'm probably just over thinking this... Thanks for the feedback. Alex
