there are a lot of ps4 pc comparison pics going on here but I cant find anyone saying why it looks so different on the different platforms? have they just tweaked lighting angles and atmospheric settings now that they have released the ps4 video?
They've only offically said SVOGI is out when talking about the PS4, we don't know if they meant it is out completely or just for consoles and lower end hardware. We don't know if it's out all together. Lightmaps will be used for more than just the PS4 from what it sounded like.

Yes, UE4 works on a Mac natively. If you go to unrealengine.com you can see on the front page that it's compatible with windows, mac, ios, android (and presumably xbone and ps4?)
