   oh that's a shame... i'm not really sure what you mean by the full process? that won't include the creation of the specific rock texture from this tutorial will it? i actually love that result from your quick doodle, don't know if there's any decent tilable rock tutorials out there

   thanks everyone. it means a lot to me that these are actually being seen as something useful. :D the first video mind you is more of just a demo but it will have a tutorial soon. i hope to have quite a few more mini tutorials of fairly common yet overlooked things such as the LUT in the future.

   i know it's not the focus of the tutorial, but will you be showing how you created the tilable stone texture?

   Thanks for the tutorials! I have been building up a personal library of LUTs lately. Had this bright idea to use After Effects and the Magic Bullet/Colorista color grading plug-ins to have some fun with it.
