   I saw this last night, and didn't want to be the first to respond as I'm not well-versed in characters. But... For one, you have a lot of divisions in the back but none of the edges are really helping to define her form. Things are very blocky and flat, especially in her back and neck.    thanks for the help. The ref will actually come in really handy. I'll try to make better use of the topology in her back and neck as well
