Ok so just tried it and the only way was to add it to your swatches. Might be something scriptable just need to look into it. Will try and get back to you by tomorrow if I get anything. Thinking something like a script that runs as Photoshop opens, and basically stores the last 5 colors you sampled and hitting a hotkey…
