I think you may want to re-order your content somewhat. Your demoreel from 2009 is probably much less relevant that your work on Tron for example. Just consider the placement of all the elements closely. -

a portfolio should be viewed as easy as possible, so I would stick to the bare minimal. a page with your art, and a page with your resume, and maybe a page to your demoreel if you have one, or put your demoreel on top of the main page with all the art underneath.
