   Does Anyone know how to fix it if you accidently keyed your UV's at one point but later changed them...at a different point?

   You should be able to move the time slider to where the layout is how you want it, then delete all the keys and whatever is there will be the new normal.

   It sounds to me like what he wants is a combination of two keyframes?
