Thank you ! Yes, I made a speedsculpt for the werewolves that served as a base and overpainted it to get those variants. The vampire is almost only 2d with the exception of few overlays from renders of the speedsculpt.
been doing some speedsculpts lately while using hangout in google+. pretty nice. Here are the results from the last few days: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=usK3R_8K58s"]Angry General Timelapse - YouTube[/ame]
A quick face sculpt because I really need to improve my facial sculpting. I am not speedy enough for it to be a speedsculpt, so It's just a sloppy unfinished sculpt instead. Supposed to be Solid Snake from MGS2, but with no facial hair because I couldn't find a method of sculpting it in that looked any good.
Dvolution: that's awesome man! for some reason i dont ever do anything interesting in speedsculpts but i failed to break away from 3d for a bit and somehow spent a whole hour on this rocker gurl type chick i did a timelapse so you can see the extent of her accidental lizard eyes :(
Awesome stuff here as always. Daphz : Man, this speedsculpt serie you are doing right now is really inspiring. Oniram : This is really polished, like this piece. It's simple, but well done. Wesley : Can't wait to see it finished. Great amount of detail you've got there, and you nailed the mood. Crossposting from my Dota 2…
@Fingus - awesome details :) I dont normally pose any of the stuff I do, so I tried to put a scene together of a speed sculpted creature. I tried to approach it like a gesture drawing, so the anatomy is a bit all over the place - loads to learn ;) [vv]41607659[/vv] Speedsculpt is in my [thread=97918]sketchbook[/thread].
