in your windows users folder I'd believe nearby where the game keeps saves.

Actually, my bad, I think it actually saves screenshots in the steam game folder, finding mine there now.

faster way: when you're in the screenshots section of steam (can be reached via the overlay or view->screenshots) there's a button called "show on disk" when you've picked skyrim, it will then direct you to the folder.
