It kind of looks like there is the top portion of a button hiding towards the button-right (left of the word Remesh), which could explain the bottom and right gap.

Just dropping by: you can delete custom menus: when in customize ui mode: Ctrl+alt+right click on the "dock icon" on the menu: it will spawn the rename popup: delete text and bam menu's gone.
Sure, I'll be glad to help, I'll upload it when I get home. But as it's been said, it uses some non default brushes and materials and it'll look broken if they're not in the right folders, but from that image you can tell where stuff is supposed to be or just fill in the gaps with other stuff.
