yes that s the way to go, you can also select multiple geometries and one spline, so that you have more variety in your model. The examples are made with multiple tracks, for example the middle one is => 1 box on circle, snapshot that track, snapshot on a new circle, snapshot that one and that snapshot on a last circle :)… -
