   Hi guys, I´ve used my holidays to get started on my idea for an iphone fun racer similar to Mario Kart Wii that stars the sappy cousins of well-known game and comic icons.    of course you are correct..with Apple being what they are I will take care to avoid all copyright issues. Those things will be replaced. The equivalent of the super mario star will be a can of an energy drink ;)

   If you're planning on trying for a commercial release I would stay away from real location names, obvious copyright issues like the deathstar, super mario stars or power-up blocks.
