My work out consists of 3 min sessions with one minute rest periods in between. I do this for 2~2.5 hours straight. Stretch, then 10 rounds with a heavy rope, followed by 10 rounds heavy bag, immediately after 10 rounds speed bag, then while waiting for my turn for sparing, as many rounds of shadow boxing I can get in.…
