im now stuck at around 120 kg since i got my yearly tonsolitis time (whole winter) where i cant really do sports. i get the tonsils removed on 19.11 hope the illness stuff goes away then and i can do sports properly again
Alright! I'm in. Inspired by the epic blog post, I decided to start my workout plan again. I gained 10-15 again over the winter. Bringing me back up to 195 - Not a fan. My all time high was 280 (yikes! that was like 5 years ago). I know how to lose weight. Just need some people to do it with!

I've lost something like 20lbs recently. I was at 220 and now I'm around 200. Went from a 38 waist to just below 36. Unfortunately, much like oniram, I'm about 5'6" so it's still quite a lot. I recently moved and had to give up my treadmill due to living on the second floor and haven't gotten around to running outside…
