1. Looking for Blender Tutorials

   Hi, I'm interested to learn modelling with Blender but I'm struggling to find a suitable and free tutorials for beginners that isn't on video, I'm profoundly deaf and I need subtitles to watch these videos. Anyone know great free written tutorials for newbies like me?

   Unfortunately, most of the good tutorials specific to Blender are videos (at least the ones I know of are). You may have to go with a book. Fortunately, wikibooks has a couple of free ones -- I think I used Noob to Pro when I was first learning it. Sorry I can't be of more help!
