Hi there, Textures.. hmm I`ll calculate.. for this whole building its.. 512 x 512 (7) 512 x 256 (3) 1024 x 512 (1) 1024 x 1024 (2) This is just diffuse textures. All have spec maps, not all have normal maps as I`m going for more of a GTA feel, more diffuse than heavy on the normals. Hope to have more to post soon!
for maaa game there will be 4 level for each weapon. You get to a new level if you find the next, more powerful weapon/upgrade. The shader is using a diffuse 512 for all 4 and a 512 spec model uses smoothing groups to get the right shiny shiny effect
WIP scene, I need to redo some assets (like the clock) and the books in the cases. My goal is to use max 512² textures and the less geometry as possible.
Oh I see, this makes more sense. :p Still I reckon a 512 set should be enough for a prop this big, but for portfolio purposes I think 1024 should be fine.
