new renders of the SSS with diff hdri's, going to lower the eyebrows and add lashes. Still looks really cg though, because of the eyes? I can't figure it out...
Well, I guess this whole normal mapping thing is going to stick around - time I got serious about it. Diffuse and spec are super temp, straight up cg texture metal with ao bake and crazybump spec.
Finished this beast today, the MP412 REX, Some Russian made revolver that sadly never made it into production.. There was barely any reference around, 3 photo's of a real gun and 2 cg ones, so I had to make some bits up :p Some edges still need some softening I guess.. I'll see where I can improve them .
