Either that or I just didn't know how to use it well enough, but there is simply no documentation on it and I messed with it quite a bit. Awesome, the XSI 7 trial seems to handle the plugin just fine. Now that I think about it though, it can't be that hard to write a script to do this, basically having all normals align with the polygons and point outwards for planes, making sure it was between the edges so to speak.
