Nah, as long as you've killed the one first dragon they will come, it might take some time at first though, then later on you'll meet one every two meters. I think the amount you progress in the main quest might affect the amount of dragons.
Yep, like in oblivion and morrowind I guess. Acrobatics, lockpicking, spell schools etc. Level cap is 50, though more experience is required to level as you progress. So in order to reach lvl 50, you need to gather roughly the amount of experience for lvl 70, had each level required the same amount of xp. I think!
I have to be the ass and say that birch is wrong for the flora in whiterun, and even that amount of trees would definitely be weird in that kind of tundra area.
They had that in Morrowind, and Diablo. Both are excellent. You could also use filters, such as Armor, Weapons, Misc, etc, to reduce the amount of elements on-screen.
A coworker plays 2handed battle-axe focusing on perks for that. He does massive amounts of damage while standing still and can do decapitation finishers.
Not enough tentacles in game art in general, I gotta say. Which is surprising, considering the amount of female characters there are. We need more tentacles. The tentacle will have its day!
I just robbed the smithy in Solitude clean. Then leveled my smithing up like a boss :) Also, making a dagger seems to give you the same amount of xp as an armor. That doesn't make sense.
