That barrel is funky... looks like it's about to have a warp core breach on startrek. Maybe ditch those lightshaft effects. Honestly, in addition to what others have said - your work just isn't industry quality. I would not hire you based on what you have; one environment and an asset and a rendered car a portfolio does not make.
