   If I had a lot of them to convert, I would look into writing a script in something like ImageMagick.

   Yeah, I was thinking about the Max way too, but Like you said, I'm worried about seams. Not 100 percent sure how to UV the faces like that. I'll see if I can make a Photoshop action out of this. I don't really have much scripting skills at the moment :(
