   @Silix, the compact UI mode is added. There is no I-mode button because the interactive mode works with cuts, not with the presets. To switch to compact UI mode - LMB+click on the "?" button.    sometimes to install scripts in max with windows 7 you need to run max in administrator mode or windows won't let you install the script.

   simply amazing this will definitely help me with some sub-d work i'm doing, thank you! may i suggest having a compact mode with just the cut button, presets picker, keep quads, and flip redo
